Lavina now resides in the US and is married to Brian (to update surname). She is pursuing a career in music.
Mama Rhoda always loved and kept touch with Lavina on the phone. Lavina had great love and respect for her nana and valued her words of wisdom.

Mama Rhoda was a great inspiration and example to Della, Brian, Michael and Joel.
She had a great influence in Michael's life as a child and through his childhood. Her faith and spirituality has lead us to many meaningful paths in life. Her words of wisdom will always keep ringing in our ears. We praise God that she was blessed to celebrate with Michael and Carlene and the families on this memorable occasion. Mama Rhoda loved and welcomed Carlene into the family as her own.

Mama Rhoda is involved in the game and wonders what is in the nappy. They had to guess "what chocolate poo"...was in the nappy!! haaa haaa!!!
Game 2 was dressing up the doll with clothes and nappy. We got Michael and Aaron involved. It was fun to watch each one dress up the baby doll!!! The one that was the quickest and did a complete job of dressing the doll won a prize. Mama Rhoda was enjoying with smiles and chuckles watching each one dress the baby doll.

Mama Rhoda was blessed to see her grandchildren grow and she experienced the joy of various celebrations during their lives. Joel is Mama Rhoda's youngest daughter Della & Brian's son. Mama Rhoda tailored the christening robe that Della is holding in her hands in the (middle) picture above. She was never too old to be helpful and creative. Mama Rhoda was always willing to give us a hand and help us with raising our children with love. God bless Mama Rhoda for her humility and willing heart. Joel D'Rosario's Godparents are Deana (Mama Rhoda's 2nd daughter and Adolf (Dolly) in the first picture above. All the extended family, relatives and friends attended both the Christening and the First Holy Communion.
We praise and thank God for Mama Rhoda for being a blessing to our lives.
